• Identify opportunities in the store and develop action plans to ensure implementation.
• Drive sales with store management to maximize profits while managing shrink.
• Assist in reducing turnover and maintaining consistent store operations.
• Assist with management of labor and supply costs to meet targets.
• Ensure returns are handled to satisfy customers per company policies.
• Maintain awareness of inventory and stocking conditions to ensure ordering integrity.
• Maintain safety programs and report safety risks or issues.
