Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales-floor operations at our Apache Junction location. You will oversee staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while managing payroll and store expenses.

The role requires retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to other GCNA stores for coverage and training. Comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail management.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day store operations and sales floor leadership.
• Ensure customer service excellence for donors and customers.
• Monitor payroll and operating costs against budget.
• Train and develop store team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Travel to GCNA locations as needed for coverage and training.
