Job summary

You will help with scheduling, safety, customer service, and sales, including receiving donations, stocking shelves, and processing cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Must have sales and cashier experience with knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping for daily store operations.
• Must demonstrate initiative and willingness to work.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication with subordinates and customers.
• Education: college preferred; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in scheduling and supervising store personnel.
• Instruct on safety, security, and proper sales procedures.
• Engage in personal sales and assist customers with complaints.
• Receive inventory, donations, and transfers; stock and display merchandise.
• Maintain store records, review receipts, and analyze operations.
• Perform daily clerical tasks, cash handling, deposits, and ordering supplies.
