Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Goodyear, AZ. You will lead store operations, drive donations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting financial goals.

The role includes overseeing production, inventory, and training, with a monthly bonus based on performance after training. A strong focus on community impact and brand standards is essential.

Formación

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with district manager to drive donations and strategic plans.
• Monitors product levels and costs to meet budget.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Leads and trains Team Members and Donation Attendants to deliver excellent service.
