Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team including Assistant Store Manager and production staff.
• Oversee daily store operations to meet income, revenue, and production goals.
• Manage payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers and maintain store standards.
