IT’SUGAR in West Nyack, NY is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage a dynamic team, and deliver the brand’s high-energy, customer-first experience.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach Associates and Supervisors, monitor sales performance, control inventory, and uphold loss prevention goals while maintaining the store’s vibrant Sugarland ambiance.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required; you’ll partner with HQ on promotions and events to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail experience with sales and management.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily sales and back-of-house operations.
• Coaches staff to deliver the IT’SUGAR customer experience.
• Makes staffing decisions, training, and performance reviews.
