Job summary

IT’SUGAR in West Nyack, NY is seeking a fun, dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales and visual standards, and to implement retail programs to drive profitability.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling and training, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding ITSUGAR's core values of positivity and playfulness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and back-of-house operations and ensure sales objectives are met.
• Evaluate operations and implement actions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Coach staff to uphold Core Values and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Make staffing decisions including hiring, training, assignments, promotions, and discipline.
• Foster a productive work environment through coaching and engagement of associates.
