Job summary

IT’SUGAR seeks a dynamic Retail Store Manager for our Bloomington location to oversee daily store operations, sales, and visual standards. You will implement retail programs, coach the team, and ensure a memorable guest experience aligned with IT’SUGAR’s playful brand.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, a high school diploma, flexibility including weekends/holidays, and POS proficiency. You’ll recruit, train, and manage staff while driving profitability and brand integrity.

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and back-of-house operations and ensure targets are met.
