Wireless Vision, L.L.C. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a T-Mobile environment.

You will recruit, train, and lead a sales-driven team while upholding brand standards and community engagement. The role requires 2–3 years of retail management, a flexible schedule including nights/weekends, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily store operations to increase revenue and standards of excellence.
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent.
• Open/close store; manage staffing, cash and inventory.
• Coach employees on the sales floor and lead the business where it matters.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand standards.
• Motivate and lead a winning sales team.
• Act as subject matter expert to customers and provide recommendations.
• Participate in community and local marketing events.
