Job summary

Wireless Vision, L.L.C. is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations for a T-Mobile Premium Retailer. You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, manage staffing, training and customer service standards to deliver exceptional experiences.

You’ll recruit talent, oversee loss prevention and P&L, ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and represent the company in the local community.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Hire and train staff; recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Motivate, coach, develop, and train a winning sales team.
• Represent the T-Mobile brand and ensure adherence to standards.
• Drive sales and meet performance goals across the organization.
• Oversee visual merchandising and loss prevention, P&L management.
