Job summary

T-Mobile Premium Retailer – Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive revenue, and uphold standards of excellence. You will manage recruitment, retention, and employee relations to develop top talent and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail management, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage staffing, service levels, cash handling, and inventory.
• Adjust staffing to meet business needs and drive sales.
• Lead on the sales floor: greet customers, coach employees, and run the business where it matters most.
• Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Recruit and train sales staff, manage marketing and loss prevention, P&L responsibilities.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to T-Mobile standards and motivates the team.
