Job summary

POP MART in Roseville, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will develop a high-performing team, manage operations, and execute merchandising with POP MART’s premium brand standards.

You will report to the District/Area Manager and play a key role in community engagement, visual presentation, and inventory control while maintaining a customer-first culture and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership and talent development, recruit and coach a high-performing team.
• Own the store’s financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand ambassador activities.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Execute visual merchandising and marketing campaigns to support business goals.
• Support brand and community initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
