In this role you’ll champion a customer-first culture, coach team members, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to achieve business goals while upholding Lids’ standards and policies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales performance.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop store staff.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and delivering strong customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training/meetings.

• Lead store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and development of teammates.
• Manage scheduling and payroll compliance to policy and budget.
• Direct operations including cash handling, VM, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Lead in seasonal merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
