Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, guest experience, and team leadership at our Norridge location. You will act as Manager on Duty, supervise associates, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and loss prevention.

In this role you will schedule staff, train team members, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment that delivers exceptional service and aligns with Lids’ visual and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or service environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
