Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand, move in store, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience coaching customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling standards and customer experience.
• Coach team on SOP compliance and brand standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership across the store.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protection plans to drive retention.
• Oversee events and departments like Balloons and Knit & Sew Shop.
