Job summary

TCC Wireless in Auburn, MA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-energy store. You will drive revenue, recruit and coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences that reflect the T-Mobile brand.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, opening/closing, audits, inventory, and daily store operations while maintaining compliance and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ wireless retail experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the store and answering phones.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and optimizing existing ones.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
