Job summary

TCC NJ North Arlington, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead the store team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while upholding brand standards.

In this role you will hire and develop a high-performing team, oversee store operations, inventory, and audits, and build strong relationships with customers and the community. The position requires energy and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time role with 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in-store.
• Manage daily store operations, staffing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
