Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full Time Retail Store Manager in Des Moines, IA. You will lead a T-Mobile Premium Retailer location, drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in wireless retail, strong leadership, and financial oversight. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and store operations while delivering on sales goals and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment retail.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially site P&L management.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example by exceeding organizational sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling /Register Management.
• Maintains store appearance and cleanliness according to retail standards.
• Offers consultative sales and service on the sales floor.
• Sets performance expectations and coordinates with other groups for efficiency.
