Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in ELGIN, IL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead our T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. You will drive store operations, deliver world‑class service, and work to achieve revenue goals.

You will hire and develop a high-performing staff, manage P&L, scheduling, inventory and audits, and ensure store standards. The role demands energy, reliability and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Operational and financial performance management, including site P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in-store and answering phones.
• Responsible for full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and increasing existing ones.
• Leads by example, exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling and register accuracy.
• Maintains store appearance and back room to retail standards.
• Offers consultative sales and service on the floor.
