Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager (RSM) for the IA Blairs Ferry Plaza location. You will drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You'll lead a high-energy team, meet sales goals, and coordinate operations while staying compliant with company policies. Eligible candidates are US-authorized and ready for a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially site P&L management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Full-time role with minimum 45 hours per week.
• Strong communication, decision making, and coaching abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Responsible for full operations of store including staffing, performance management of employees, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Leads by example by exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
• Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating and managing a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security management.
• Manages cash, credit card and other payment media handling /Register Management.
• Maintains store appearance and back room per retail standards.
• Builds relationships with employees and customers across channels.
• Represents the company at community events.
