Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Des Moines, IA. You’ll lead a fast-paced team to meet revenue goals, manage store operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, inventory control and performance management, while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to promote the T-Mobile brand.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in wireless retail (T-Mobile or similar).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays in a retail setting.
• Full-time role, ~45 hours per week.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation; able to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, greeting customers and assessing needs.
• Manages full store operations, staffing, performance, opening/closing and inventory.
• Drives revenue by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Leads, hires, develops and motivates a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and paperwork security.
