Wireless Vision in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive revenue, and lead a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while representing the T-Mobile brand and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes staffing, coaching, inventory control, and achieving sales and performance goals, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage staffing, service levels, cash handling and inventory.
• Adjust staffing as needed to meet business needs.
• Lead on the sales floor to greet customers, coach employees, and run the business where it matters most.
• Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Provide leadership to deliver high levels of service within company policies.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent and recruit sales staff continuously.
• Oversee all retail aspects including hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L, and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to T-Mobile standards and motivates a winning sales team.
• Act as subject matter expert to customers and provide product recommendations.
• Ensure training on new products and offerings is up to date.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activities to build a positive local image.
