Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail operations at a GCNA store, leading the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and Assistant Store Managers. You will oversee service quality, donations processing, and store presentation while coordinating with the Retail District Manager on strategic plans.

The role requires 2 years in retail management, 1 year in customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors inventory, donations, and floor stock to meet budget targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget and that customers receive excellent service.
• Leads and develops the team, coordinating with district leadership and other stores.
