Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Store Manager to lead exceptional customer and associate experiences, driving brand top-line sales. You will provide direction, coaching, and prioritization in higher-complexity stores, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

You will supervise Supervisors and Selling Associates, shape visual execution, storytelling, and selling behaviors, and partner with leadership to ensure strong performance and accurate insights.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
• Willingness to receive feedback and develop professionally.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and building a high-performing team.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform typical retail physical tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions on the sales floor.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the emotional tone of the customer experience.
• Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Oversee talent lifecycle, including interviewing and coaching with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports including Supervisors and/or Selling Associates as assigned.
• In higher volume or more complex stores, lead performance and direction of the business.
