Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking actions to drive results.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily priorities on the sales floor.
• Lead and develop Brand Supervisors and associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage talent lifecycle including interviewing and performance management with Store Manager.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store execution align with brand expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless store operations.
