Qualifications

• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment for performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily priorities on the sales floor.
• Lead product storytelling and customer engagement.
• Provide coaching and development for Supervisors and Associates.
• Oversee labor scheduling and daily workforce management.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards across the store.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership for seamless execution.
