Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an enabling environment.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in formal and informal settings.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall customer and brand experience, ensure product presentation and selling behaviors align with brand guidance.
• Coach and direct Supervisors and selling associates, with hiring decisions and performance management.
• Translate brand direction into daily priorities, maintain visual merchandising standards, and manage floor standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless execution and lead higher volume or complex environments.
