Responsibilities

• Drive the customer and brand experience aligned with brand guidance.
• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the customer experience tone.
• Use category insights and company reports to guide decisions.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising standards, and fitting room areas.
• Oversee talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Manage direct reports such as Supervisors and Selling Associates, as assigned.
• Lead in higher volume environments and shape business performance.
