Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to analyze reports and translate insights into actions.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing direct reports.

• Comfort with lifting/moving items and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

• Experience aligning operations with brand standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to drive top-line sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop the store team, conduct observations, and manage performance.

• Ensure adherence to brand standards and store policies while executing product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to communicate actions and drive results.
• Own the appearance of the brand and ensure operational excellence.
