Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences, driving brand top-line sales.

This role provides direction and coaching to Brand Supervisors in higher-volume stores and reports to Store or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. The position requires leading the team, executing visual merchandising standards, talent lifecycle management, and leveraging insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive overall customer and brand experience, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand guidance.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Provide coaching to Brand Supervisors and selling associates for performance.
• Lead talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management.
• Ensure store-level reporting and insights are leveraged for decisions.
• Oversee floorset mapping, product launches, and brand education as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
