Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Tribeca location to lead a high-performing store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, develop operational processes, and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure smooth omni-channel operations.

The role requires at least 3 years of Store Manager experience in a customer-facing setting, and a passion for design. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.
• Excited about building, developing, and coaching a high-performing retail team.
• Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering positive business results.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same.
• Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business.
