Framebridge is seeking a Store Manager for our Hinsdale, IL store to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role reports to the District Manager and requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage store operations, and partner with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel workflows while upholding Framebridge brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Minimum 3 years as a Store Manager in a customer-facing setting.
• Ability to develop and coach a high-performing retail team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Coach team members with product knowledge and design advice.
