Framebridge in Mill Valley is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving business results. As the heart of the store, you will build a high-performing team, champion the Framebridge brand, and ensure every customer leaves inspired.

You will recruit, onboard, and train great retail staff; develop operations to meet goals; work with manufacturing for seamless omni-channel operations; coach staff on product knowledge and design

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Coach staff with product knowledge and design advice.
• Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team.
