Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train great retail team members.
• Develop and improve operational activities to hit customer experience and financial goals.
• Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Provide product knowledge and design advice to customers and coach staff.
