Framebridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Woodway retail team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive business results. You’ll build a high-performing team, champion the Framebridge brand, and ensure every customer leaves inspired.

As the heart of the store, you’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, collaborate with manufacturing for seamless omni-channel operations, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing sales or hospitality setting.
• Experience building and coaching a high-performing retail team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing Framebridge in our stores.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train retail team members.
• Develop and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility to ensure seamless omni-channel operations.
• Coordinate in-store events with the Framebridge marketing team.
