The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and deliver strong sales and customer experience. You will oversee front-end operations, coach teams, and ensure brand standards and SOP compliance.

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, drive omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Delivery, promote loyalty programs, and coach staff in protecting profits while delivering exceptional service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver strong customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Ensure store conditions and results meet standards.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Manage in-store programs (Balloons, events) and promotions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to customers.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction.
