The role also oversees programs like Loyalty, protection plans, and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, with accountability for KPI delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales and service KPIs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and operations.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend services).
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
