Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Sarival Store. You will oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and drive daily, monthly, and yearly goals while delivering excellent donor and customer service.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• One-year retail management experience preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and alignment with Goodwill brand.
• Manage staffing, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Assist with bank deposits and cross-store support as needed.
