Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Must be able to operate POS/Cash Register and schedule/supervise store employees.
• Must hold a valid Driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
• Must pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs day-to-day operations of assigned store locations.
• Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability within budgeted goals.
• Ensures Customer/Donor needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
• Schedule Store Employees to ensure appropriate in-store coverage and coordinate daily meetings.
• Supervise employees to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines.
• Interviewing and processing for hiring new store employees.
