Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass MVR and provide insurance proof.
• Able to pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Effective communication with management, staff, customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and ARC program support.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory rotation and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and KPIs to support profitability objectives.
• Schedule staff, oversee payroll records, and ensure attendance accuracy.
• Support hiring, training and performance coaching of store employees.
• Communicate personnel issues and performance results with Store Manager and HR.
