Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and income budget expectations while controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
• Lead day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, POS, inventory, and donations.
• Hire, train, and coach store team; conduct employee evaluations and performance feedback.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain customer and donor satisfaction and build positive community relations.
• Ensure security of currency, inventory, and property and maintain safety/compliance.
