FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and hands-on management experience in retail operations.

You will learn day-to-day store operations, customer service, inventory management, and business performance while working with jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. The role offers competitive hourly pay of $13.00–$22.00 plus unlimited commission and store performance bonuses, with earnings tied to store results and individual performance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
