Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a customer-focused environment.
- Learn and support all aspects of daily store operations.
- Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
- Open and close the store while following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Help drive store performance by supporting sales, loan, and profitability goals.
- Learn how to analyze business results and support operational decision-making.
