FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Management Trainee to learn store operations and develop leadership skills. You will work with store leadership to gain hands-on management experience across customer service, inventory, and performance.

The role offers hourly pay between $17 and $23 with commission up to 8% and store performance bonuses, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a customer-focused environment.
• Learn daily store operations and assist leadership.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
