Job summary

FirstCash in the United States is seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee to fast-track into Store Management. The role starts as a Store Manager Trainee with an hourly wage of $16.70–$25.20 and potential commission based on productivity, plus a store-performance bonus.

This position requires at least 1 year of retail management experience, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including 45+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours per week with a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and lead store employees.
• Open and close the store and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Manage merchandising, reporting and store operations.
