Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee with a minimum of six months of Store Management experience. You will lead day-to-day store operations, develop staff, recruit talent, and drive profitability alongside the Store Manager.

The role offers an hourly wage with commission tied to performance and a store-wide bonus potential. Pay rates range from $17.00 to $26.91 per hour, with benefits including earned wage access, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
Must be willing and able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours a week; hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through prescribed channels.
Open and close the store, including cash drawers and merchandise control.
Ensure asset protection through inventory control and procedures.
Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
Communicate store mission and profit objectives to staff.
