Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Store Manager Trainee works 45+ hours per week; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address customer issues.
• Assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Open/close the store, manage cash and assets, and protect assets.
