FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to join our team in a fast-track program toward Store Management. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.81, with a path to leadership and bonus opportunities based on performance.

The position emphasizes training, customer service leadership, and handling a diverse range of merchandise, including jewelry and firearms in eligible locations. A strong retail management background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Store Manager Trainee will work 45+ hours per week.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and manage cash, safeguarding assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and procedures.
• Oversee inventory, loan management, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Maintain operating standards and loan qualification processes.
• Communicate clearly with staff and ensure understanding of store goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
