FirstCash is seeking a Store Management Trainee in Donna, TX. Earn $14.50–$17.00 per hour with unlimited commission and performance bonuses as you develop leadership skills and gain hands-on management experience in a retail environment with jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a customer-focused environment.
• Learn and support daily store operations.
• Assist with coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Support recruiting and talent development efforts.
• Open and close the store following asset protection and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Help drive store performance by supporting sales and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results to support operational decisions.
• Monitor transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
• Complete management training and development assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
