Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the store manager, drive merchandising initiatives, and support launches to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or customer service within telecom, strong leadership, planning and analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with a store manager partner.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
